Summer is officially over, and the start of fall has begun. With it brings cooler weather, the start of school, and the beginning of the holiday season! Tax Defense Network is already feeling the spirit with its 12 Weeks of Resolutions, during which it will highlight individual IRS programs and the clients it has helped with that resolution for the following 12 weeks.
“The 12 Weeks of Resolutions is really a way for us to inform taxpayers about the different IRS programs available to resolve their tax debt, as well as show them real people who applied and were approved for them with our help,” says Kara Nuckles, manager of Public Relations at Tax Defense Network. “We talk about a lot of these programs with our clients initially, and most have no clue they exist. We want all taxpayers to know what their options are to solve their IRS problem, with or without hiring our company.”
Tax Defense Network plans to highlight common programs, such as the Streamlined Installment Agreement and the Partial Payment Installment Agreement, as well as programs offered to taxpayers with extenuating circumstances, including Penalty Abatement and Currently Not Collectible.
“We have seen practically every kind of tax problem out there, and helped all kinds of taxpayers, from individuals to businesses, to an entire town,” Kay Wolfson of Business Relations, explains.
Tax Defense Network will spotlight each client and their story on their website, coinciding with the IRS program they are focusing on for the week.
“We want taxpayers to know that no matter what the situation, we are able to not only handle it, but get them into a resolution that specifically addresses their type of problem. And doing it in a way that gives a face to each program we highlight,” Kay Wolfson said.
